“This is our second vinyl liner we’ve had installed by Advanced. We had this one put in last April. Jamie and Beto were great. The first liner this go-around was not cut correctly by the manufacturer (Tera) which resulted in a large wrinkle in the shallow end. Took some time for the warranty to go through, but it finally did and they came out and put in the new, new one. Work was done quickly and professionally. Diagnosed a small leak in our return jet in the fiberglass stair insert and did a McGyver-ish fix so we didn’t have to replace the stairs, which would have been expensive. No hidden fees, and it cost exactly what we were quoted. We get 7-8 years out of a liner, and I hope they’ll still be in Atoka when it’s time for the next one.”
